I am connected with Dresser Rand company with 11yrs. Fully job security.working culture is also excellent. Company policy is also good. They give all types of facilities which employee needs. I like Dresser Rand company. I am happy that iam a part of this company

There is no good salary structure. They are not consider work experience while discussing salary.they only considering previous salary it's not correct Way to fix the salary.should be consider experience also then have to give salary slot.

Job security & No restrictions for punch timing.. 2-3 days work from home also applicable. No prior formalities for leave.. Basically you feel like your 2nd home.. Good working environment & Culture.

Salary , Increment. No prior guidelines for promotion , hike even growth perspective. There is no proper hierarchy channel so all people reporting to single person with different Designation. Favoritism & Dirty politics are now become pillar to grow in Siemens.

...Engineering team has higher hike rates compared to all - partiality behaviour 4. Politics to get confirm job if you are on contract pay roll they will not give your honest chance to get it confirmed yourself. 5. International travel to projects and some what engineering only
