Job security & No restrictions for punch timing.. 2-3 days work from home also applicable. No prior formalities for leave.. Basically you feel like your 2nd home.. Good working environment & Culture.

Dislikes

Salary , Increment. No prior guidelines for promotion , hike even growth perspective. There is no proper hierarchy channel so all people reporting to single person with different Designation. Favoritism & Dirty politics are now become pillar to grow in Siemens.

Promotion and benifits are only to confirm employee. good culture where you can self developed your self very nicely.

...Engineering team has higher hike rates compared to all - partiality behaviour 4. Politics to get confirm job if you are on contract pay roll they will not give your honest chance to get it confirmed yourself. 5. International travel to projects and some what engineering only

Lack of transparency, politics in Indian management, subordinates completely ignored by local management, low salary and professional growth.
