Compensation is decent. I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls.

1.If you work good, people will recognise you. 2.You will be nominated for many extra skill/company enhancement programs. 3.Celebration in office etc.

1.Salary is not coompetitive 2.If we are being recognised, will be over dumped with additional programs & responsibilies without any extra remuneration. 3.Work life balance is not so great in Engineer team. 4.No on-site opportunities

...this is a great flat form to learn work and get good experience I work place ...coming to salary wise it's very low apart from salary that is great experience I have in Siemens

Dislike in Siemens means salary is very low compared to other MNC company. And they have to increase the salary and have to give minimum salary for the employee

This company team is not being like a corporate structure, management screwing employees, playing politics, no benefits, lose of physical and mental health, even experience is also not worthy.
