No job Security in this company you will be at stake all the time, but managers are quite good and supportive, Since I am not at the HO (Coimbatore) location, Work culture is good because of the managers, management never ask you about anything but it will always come from your next level manager. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
