Its pathetic, salary is being cut for first fifteen days in the name of training, weird rules, delays in salary, no culture, no ethics, no employee value, no leaves , no job security, cheap people , cheap standards.a big no no .

Its the worst company to work for . No professionalism in the company . Employees are not at all serious and giving the salary to the employees is a big task for them even after giving good business

The SIEC (PVT) LTD is Open innovation.I feel Proud that i am a part and member of this company,that market reliable ,high-quality.As a results , i get to travel in any palce of Pakistan,Especially Islamabad & Lahore.Another plus Point is that my colleages my jouneiors,come from varous placess and we worked happily in collaboration.i also like the employeer re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some time i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend consultant calls in the evening and some time late in to the night.Managers do not value an individuals 'unique strength,which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the times .i do receive appreciation emails from consultant,most of the time also there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain some time,because they create problam on sites.....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................etc

...very unsupportive especially management. Gossipy environment throughout the day. Infinite deductions from your meagre salary. Leaves are alien to probationers & the management will not let you take leaves. They treat their employees like bonded labourers with zero liberty on any front. Poor experience!

Overall the company is good and has been in the industry for long period. So overall a stable organisation to look for long term. A very interesting fact which i noticed in this company is that they care for its people. One day we had a meeting with the MD and few team members raised a concern that they feel lethargic and hungry around 4 PM. So the nice lady (MD) created a policy - snacks for everyone at that time for all branches from top to bottom. I personally found that admirable of her that how well she heard to her people and gave a solution the same time.

Recently the company had restructured its operations and laid off few people. It could be because of the low market trends but overall it created a vibe of insecurity. But don't you worry, those who are productive will never gonna loose their jobs here.
