The work pressure from customer & management is very high every time. working hours 10 to 14 straight in a day as I have attend clients calls in the evening/late night & also holidays.My teammates doing his work very sincerely

It's all over good. Mostly we see here new products in HVAC. And independently Handel all product of electrical.

Working culture not good. Facility also not good. Many time M facing big problems. And no body responsible to shortout that problems.

There are number of things to be learned from the begining of first day in compamy lot of knowledge flowing in each department but only a person to be who grab it.
