No Job Security. After 15 years service also they don't care about people. They will fire people after 15 years service also. Department heads looks you very cheap.They will blame you in the crowd. Blaming in the employees blood. Piping leads Make you to work overtime without benefits. Lot of pressure. Impossible dead lines. They make you work in pandemic like corona also.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
