Overall work satisfaction will get with moderate payment. Fresher's can learn new things if they are interested by own. Carrier growth will be completely depends on how you project yourself to management. Project schedule will be very tight where you need to work extra hours without Over Time Pay.

Dislikes

Changing the policies overnight to suit their requirement and DVI factor from the gross salary which will not get at all. I am the one the victim of SIDVIN as they promised us to pay back our pay cut which they didn't pay till now and moreover if someone ask about financial matters then they will be targeted. You should not expect any increment and promotions even through your are capable. Overall join for a short-term at a high salary will be the good option. Don't plan for long-term stay there.

Working environment is very much open. One can keep there points and opinions easily in front of there managers. Work is quite challenging and its good for those who want to grow in there career.

Dislikes

Few policies like travel policy is not so good. Management commitments are not up to the mark.
