Production department working culture is terrible because of old employees working there.They will surely finish that company one day.

Only one positive point is usfda APPROVED rest other thing like learning;professional growth; apprasel system all is terrible.

Politics in working culture; No job security; No any insurance policy for employees ; No transparent reporting of individuals working employees; worst criteria for promotion & increment policy.
