The local rules imposed defy the global policies and confuses people. Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Terrible and negative environment in this office, every single employee is searching opportunity outside the sidel. Sidel Engineering office located near Fujitsu and Capgemini is worse and the Driver (director) of this office is worst , aggressive and unprofessional. His approach to the candidate is based on the relation to him. No value to employee's efforts and contribution. Not supportive always procrastinates your problems if you ask him for a solution, fake personality. All the seniors have left the sidel just because of him, only freshers are there attracted by fake promises kind of lollipops. Every engineer has suffered during his notice period no matter what he delivered. HR doesn't know his rights and responsibilities he follows only this director. No expectation and support from HR.

...anager with all the employees. 2) HR and Manager plays with employees emotions. 3) Growth and salary hikes will be decided by the relationship with manager. 4) All seniors left this organisation only because of the maneger.

...w month work environment, opportunity in Learning & skill development are great. While Salary Benefits good compare to non-IT trend. Joining Sidel was one of good decision for me. ( While I work with Global team things may change for India )
