Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's a horrible place for new teacher,i recommend not to going there ,they can remove you anytime they wanna ,they had also not given me the experience certificate.no job security at all .

Casteism,biased nature of Management. Demoralised behaviour,bitching ,gossip and blaming teachers.

I had get helped by them to improve my English very much because the pattern of this school was CBSE . So I get to know many things about this pattern and the schedule of My school was also very much managable .that I was happy to work with my teammates they were very much help ful. And cooperative too.
