Yeah they supported in Covid -19 situations. They reduced salary by only 80% i.e for ex. A guy who had 50000 of salary he got the sum of 10000rs. in the lockdown period. Guy who's salary was 10000, he got Rs. 2000.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
