...s. Please please avoid working here at all costs. I have been an employee twice. First time i shifted to another company because I wanted growth which is not possible in this organisation and second time I was forced to go away because my salary was always delayed for 2-3 months.

Dislikes

They just hold your salary unnecessarily if sale is done or not. You wil find numerous good reviews on the google because the bad ones are deleted by the owner. All the good ones are because of the employees working there are very friendly and supportive with the clients but they are also tired with the working culture and numerous of them have left the organisation. Hiring is only done on the basis of how badly you need the job, skills are not considered, they will check your background and if they feel you are genuinely in the need of money, they will hire you. they will promise you a good number of salary and later they hold your salaries for months and months until you have to beg for it. Please don't consider going there or if you are please confirm with the employees there and take a risk.
