A number one company in India supplying conveyors,Auto billet loader,Die spray units, glass bottle crushers, Furnace chargers and special purpose machines to the forging industry.Hears good payment comes with good incentives and theres also health insurance.. Appreciation letter for good performance. The company is open for innovation and easily accepts the latest technology. I like it that iam a part of team. Another important point is that my colleagues come from different culture backgrounds and we work happily with co-operation. I also like the employees Re-more policy here....

First thing I like in siddha that if you are fresher then you have to chance to learn more engineering knowledge, Friendly atmosphere with Co workers as well as owners(sometime😅😅),salary is always on time,and appraisal also yearly.

Dislikes

The major thing in siddha I dislike is there is no work life balance,if you want to join then you have to sacrifice your personal life cz the say only 9 to 6 work,but it's only entry time fix(9.00am) not exit time,lots of unnecessary pressure. And lot of unnecessary Ego to Top management.
