There is nothing good about working in Siddha. It is the most unprofessional organisation that I have ever worked in.

Dislikes

The company is the worst place to work in for any Employee. The management treats employees like their property and each time they make you feel that unless you get them money, you are ineligible to receive your salary. Every few months, they run a retrenchment programme whereby they cut short their employee count. It is sheerly not on the basis of your caliber or your works but how much you can butter your seniors. They will ask you to write the resignation on a blank sheet of paper and later tell you that it was resignation and not termination, thus keeping your final settlement pending for as long as they please. Coming to the seniors in the organisation, it is highly bureaucratic and you can hardly learn anything from them. The only claim to higher positions in the organisation is your ability to serve the management in personal chores. They don't pay their liabilities on time, be it salary or vendor payments. Only if any vendor threatens to stop delivering any more work, they release a minute part payment of mammoth dues to keep the work happening. The only thing any employee can learn from this organisation is how to butter your bosses and how to do politics. The owners are completely senseless in their expectations. They will ask you to slog for them but when it comes to remuneration they will not pay heed to your needs. Moreover, they don't look out for reasoning and function like a whimsical HUF.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...and if your points are valid even the management supports you. Safe for women's. Salary is also justified. Overall good to work. I can say, you will love to work in Siddha Group.

There is nothing to like in this company

Dislikes

Worst Working culture, site incharge wants to seat in office till late night because he dont want go home, site incharge and his attitude towards the work, no working ethics, almost every staff working there is feels they are in jail. Head HR is also a puppet of site head.
