There’s nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

No worth ethics, too less salary, whatever salary you get, they will deduct even more from your pocket for useless activities like Birthday celebrations, useless tours etc, in the name of family bonding.

No I like SIBIN group But one request our selary 10000, present situation 10000 salary so sess we are working very hard but salary is very less I working 3years but not received promotion otherwise okay

Multidisciplinary activities. Though with time, many employees leave this organisation due to it's stingy policy.

Dislikes

Salary system is the worst. What is there in corporate hierarchy, here it is opposite in most cases.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
