One of the best organization I ever worked with. Lot of things you can learn. In the beginning I didn't like it but once I completed my 6 months. I am totally different. Because office shifted to shadnagar I left the job otherwise I would prefer to retire in that organisation. Employees oriented and friendly environment. Never miss the chance to work here.

Dear sibelco team, Where I have started my career with zero knowledge.. And within one year the sibelco teached me a lot.. How to work and how to solve critical issues and evary week seminars it helped me to grow my career.. Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
