One of the best organization I ever worked with. Lot of things you can learn. In the beginning I didn't like it but once I completed my 6 months. I am totally different. Because office shifted to shadnagar I left the job otherwise I would prefer to retire in that organisation. Employees oriented and friendly environment. Never miss the chance to work here.

Dear sibelco team, Where I have started my career with zero knowledge.. And within one year the sibelco teached me a lot.. How to work and how to solve critical issues and evary week seminars it helped me to grow my career.. Its like a college where we go to learn but here in sibelco we learn and we earn, working in sibelco for one year is like working in other company four five years is same.. Regards Prasanth kumar T

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
