Siac have a lot of projects and you will have a big experience when you work in it

You take a big task in the project this helps you to gain more experience but you will do a big effort to do it and may be the probability to do a mistake will increase

SIAC have right system for each employee that has lead the employee to their best to achieve the company goals and drive the development in the right way. SIAC Management are leading the workforce to pay more and more attention to get the highest rates. SIAC Established training programs of each employee level for learn how to drive the production throwing the incentive programs.

work-life balance , As SIAC Construction company, we are working everyday from 8.00 am to 5.00pm 6 day per week ,that caused no time for my family

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
