In SIA PUBLISHERS & DISTRIBUTORS we feel Comfortable and feel Safe under the Department I have worked of e-commerce. I learnt so many things and Developed my skills, they train each and every little thing and I'm Sure this is best organisation for freshers who wants to start there career with e-commerce and own business.

Honestly Nothing Much but less Salary is the problem, otherwise there is not a Single thing bad about this organisation.

The only advantage i felt was the silence there.. not like a crowded corporate office

No support, partial in salary, The worst HR has been hired, who keeps degrading you and your salary there with rude and ignorant managers..

They are deducting the salary but even they are terminating employes from the company due to covid 19

deducting salary even after giving sale and development of company in lockdown also with out any protection I have worked in covid 19 . they have given me termination later.

Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Facing issues with the salaries...there is a deduction in salary every month after working for full hours ....and even no increments since joining of 3 years

The company is open to innovation and readilua spots latest news. I love to work there and be apart of many books released in market for students

Compensation is low and growth is slow. Managers don't value individuals strength
