Job security is uncertain due to unstable management practices. Speaking of management, leadership team lacks work ethics and understanding of basic work process and project outlines. Their failure to provide clear expectations coupled with unreasonable demands for timely and flawless completion creates an environment of stress and confusion. Overall, lack of professionalism withing the organization.
