I regret to say my experience has been disapponting across various aspects. Firstly, complete system lacks transparency, leaving employees feeling undervalued. Job security is uncertain due to unstable management practices. Speaking of management, leadership team lacks work ethics and understanding of basic work process and project outlines. Their failure to provide clear expectations coupled with unreasonable demands for timely and flawless completion creates an environment of stress and confusion. Overall, lack of professionalism withing the organization.

That people are helping, HR is nice. Client exposure is great. You get a freehand to solve problems.

Dislikes

Job Security and two faced attitude, infront of you and behind you. There's no warning if there are mass layoffs.
