Factory management is terrible. Various working time runs for various department. Many employees are working for 14 hours every day without any extra pay. Most of the managers are so much selfish that they completes their shift & run for home while the team is working for excessive working hours. Caste related Nepotism. The most worst thing is the HR Department. They only listens to the company management. And the senior most management personnel thinks that the company is their asset. The company will run as per their requirements. This is a complete HOD based company and most of the HODs are uneducated and doesn't have a minimum knowledge about system, unable to type an email, unable use Excel Word anything. Not only that they don't even have any knowledge about the field work as well.

... the management. Well structured company maintaining all the statutory norm viz. PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF etc. Good HR policy, Good departmental staff & HOD. Well financial Growth. Good policy of Bonus, Mediclaim, employee social security as per statutory norm. Round the clock OHC & Ambulance Service to the employees in their needs.

Dislikes

Practically there is no power to take decision for implementation of proper HR System & execution of policy. most of the employees of every field is fearing to expose the true fact & problems of working field to the higher management, feeling insecure of job. Some flatters are there surrounding higher management to affect the work culture. Employees are feeling a burden of 12 hours duty in working field.

Moderate work pressure, proper and timely salary disbursement within 4th of every month.

Dislikes

Work culture is worst, hell for senior level, attrition rate is too high. MD uses slangs, abus s, does not know to respect his employees.

Working with Shyam steel has been a great journey so far. Their salary is on time and you get payslips on time. Yearly bonus and calendar holidays.

Well since I have been working for a US market I think we should get the US holidays
