Salary is always on time i .e., 1st of every month.

Dislikes

Higher management is too poor to take any decisions by their own.The Beriwals always needs some “Chipku Proneur” for decision making all of them are so wrong.During my tenure of service-not less than 9 of my colleagues were fired on a single day notice just to satisfy the Management’s ego.So whenever you get a call for an interview-think twice or thrice or ten times before proceed.They don’t have any corporate culture,all they have typical Gaddi culture.

Dislikes

Management is poor, Decesion making is very slow. No authority to any higher designation employee, so they play the slow & safe game for their survival only. Most of designated management staff are not worthy wrt thier prior experience & experience needed to expedite the project work. Overall company is walking very slowly in the Infra devision from last 7 years.

Likes

Lot of benefits and office is super beautiful. In Kolkata very office is like this and I love the place and the work is very easy taking care of the accounts. The Directors also talk to us and are very helpful in need.

Dislikes

Nothing as far just that we have to work on saturdays as well.
