Inadequate safety management system & just superficial approach to safety protocols, they have been delays in salary payment, stretching up to three months. HR polices are virtually non-existence. Opportunity for growth with in company are scarce. favouritism in management is prevalent.

...company at time of covid .the company without any information left the employee. the company has deducted the salary. i request to the new person join the company only learning purpose.

...yee I must say that shyam indus a worst company i have ever seen or experienced. Who are watching this please dont join that company , they are not paying the salary in time. After 3 month salary will come but only one month salary. They will not provide the insurance , provident fund for employees which a govt policy while shyam indus power is an ISO certified company. @Govt and @labour commission should take action against this company. The management are worst , they dont have any professionalism , they didnt care about field or construction workers. Some management & field level employees have no prior knowledge and experience to run the business or work. They are just destroying the company . All 4/5 stars are fake in here. I repeat please dont join here , either your career will be drown.

if anyone wants to learn about the railway work then only this company will be preferable otherwise it is worst company

there is no fix time of working and salary gets incremented only after nov month , means if you joined in january 2021 then you have to work on same salary until the november 2022.
