Running 2 3 firms simultaneously in one firm with different names. SIF garments, SIFAB pvt ltd Nothing to like here. Its not a company, its a scammers association. Dont dare to join this company. Will not give any kind of experience letter. No work ethics. Froud froud and just froud.

Likes

Sop of company is quite well. Specially Pd dept under Manoj Sir and Finishing Dept under Kapil Sir is Excellent and helpful. Although Group Staff is good for working environment.

Dislikes

Poor company management, there is 1 year training then after you got On-role and salary appraisal. But If you are Girl you will get On-role job within 3-6 Month with good appraisal. In SIF there is no gender equality, If an employee get Late, HR team deduct half day Salary or if we work over working time there is nothing term Overtime payment for HR. There is lot of politics in finance and management and marketing team. Fun Fact : " The Chaiwala Bhaiya is under contractual baised job and get 14K in hand and We are the graduate Engineer employee of company we get just 9.5K Salary per month.” At last I am Thankful for this Organization to providing me worst experience.

Good only for top managers, poor skill man power not have intrest in work all just came for time pass so all shift incharge face lot of problems and from management of company no any reaction done they also just came and go daily, so no any performer, no any policy. Very bad politics. Not suitable to work for good technical person.Specailly no any valu for production people.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
