... HOD you will have a good time working in this company. Everything else is good. No problems with salary or increment. Depending on your work you will be rewarded.

Dust, pollution, roads inside company are bad, lack of proper canteen facility.

Very familiar work environment. Often they provide re-hire facility if employee has some problem.

Dislikes

Stagnant work culture. No platform for exposure, growth is very slow, no appreciation and appraisals for two to three years and no job training for new appointments.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
