... paid & they are put extra load for account process. Pay scale is also an issue. Huge difference (low) in salary for account assistant. Also salary appraisal not depend by performance.

Management is not understand our issues, salary scale very low for Junior level employees, no leaves there if u take leave they would cut your salary for the day.... The accounts hod NK pandey is totally scolding and iritating. He always talk about adult and shity things. Always do personal attack to all employees. And his voice like fata bans. He always busy in his personal work and also done his personal work by employees who are working under him, also he is not done his office work by himself, all the employees do and mailed the report to him and he only forward those mail to higher authorities. And always insult other employees with his cheap & slang language...

Large infrastructure & projects in Shyam Ferro Alloys ltd. To learned more about production & mechanical maintenance. The working environment is cool, our seniors, co-staff are very cooperating but little bit dust found in plant area. At the point of view plant is good.

Dust found because of so many plant & industries are there.
