Only learning for freshers for few months.

Dislikes

Compulsory to do atleast 1 year work for experience certificate. Do not give any joining letter or anything. Very bad work culture. Operaters on molding machine chew tobacco & spit in sink & below rubber mat. In night shift operators & production supervisor sleeps for atleast 2 hours daily & then increase machine speed to complete target & some of the time agers knew password of machine, they increase production numbers by typing manually. Some of them are below age of 18 years then only recruiters or company members do not care & do's this type of illigal work. Senior keeps much pressure on us & do not respect to each other & some of them spreads misconceptions about us behind our back. They use older machines which makes atleast 20% defective products & then they recycle & mix. Do not give leaves or any incentive.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
