There is nothing to like about the company. Idiotic and rude behaviour by HR, CEO.

False promises. No work life balance. No benifits. Work on weekends. Less pay and more work. No growth. They hire for short term perspective. Late sittings.

It is like a trap that no one would like to fall for. First you will be hired at a fixed amount, then once you join they will inform you about the salary Cuts policy. During probation they do not pay monthly salary rather pay 2 months salary together after making 40 to 60% deduction. They make false promises that we will pay balance amount once probation is over but keep on extending the probation period. HR never pays any heed to your problems. They inform that 2 Saturday's will be working but once you join they make you work on all 4 Saturdays by blackmailing you that if you do not work on all Saturdays we will fire you and give a bad experience letter. They expect you to travel on your own cost from Gurgaon to Delhi for company's work like Visiting IT department. No reimbursement is made. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY LAPTOP , EMPLOYEE HAS TO ARRANGE HIS OWN LAPTOP. SALARY IS NEVER PAID ON TIME IT infrastructure is really very very bad, no VPN, no teams, total mess. WORST ORGANIZATION.

Everything. The work culture, the appraisals and hr is most pathetic out here. They are too sweet but can cause you diabetes. Be aware of them.

From day one every employee at Shubhashray has been very cooperative and ready to help, whenever I have faced any issues be it technical or any other . They have great work culture.

There really isn't anything such that I don't like.

Worst coordination in this organisation specialy in service , marketing head (Abhinav mujkhiya)not responding call in office (mis.suman have too much story.Totally a street type business.
