The company has a strong track record in executing MEP projects and medical gas pipeline installations reliably and safely. 4. Need to share profit with executing team, if any project get in profitable business to company.

...he HR team does not attempt to convince them to stay, despite their long tenure. Instead, they hire a new person for the position with a 35% to 50% salary hike. To avoid it Need experience MEP General Manager over MEP Head. 3.The company's MD was polite and approachable before COVID-19 but has since become less involved with the MEP department. Hence less chance in career growth with MEP department. 4.The HR team and department heads are closely connected, often pre-deciding award recipients and promotions. This indicates a problematic culture within the HR and MEP departments, where favoritism and internal politics outweigh merit-based recognition and employee retention. 5.Safety engineers and officers receive significantly higher payments than experienced MEP engineers, an issue management needs to address. 6.Salaries are disbursed in the third week of the every month. There is no proper support from HR and managers if you are not from Pune. 7.Project execution site engineers are required to stay 12-14 hours instead of the standard 9 hours, without any additional benefits.

Organisation is bad effected from our work.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometime, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.Managers do not value an individuls unique strenght, which is my why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time. Sr. folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sametimes.
