FIRST YOUR DEPARTMENT HEAD POLITICS WITH YOU. NO GUARANTEE JOB. MANAGEMENT FIND OUT HOW DEDUCTING AMOUNT FROM EMPLOYEE SALARY. Very poor salary growth.ITS GOOD FOR Training. Manoj ji (Director) is good but senior is reporting wrongly specific Export department senior due to that his doing job in last 13 years . My advice is join in other dept.except Export department.

Don't join this organization unless you are jobless or your current company is not paying salary. It is typical family run business. Decision making takes lot of time. All decisions are done by owners. Each son are trying to STEAL as much money as possible from company account so sooner than later this company will go bankrupt. No value of staff point of view. Owners want reasons for deducting salary from every employee. Specially when person is leaving organization they don't pay variable salary at all. Terrible HR policies headed by IT person who doesn't have experience in HR. Worst policies for increment, leaves, variable payments, etc. No job security at all in this company.

... department... interviewd mostly selected where from local and gujarati patel..., not more good salary growth, not good facilities even, shubhalakshmi is not carreing about their Employs, not concession in lunch, lunch 1 time 45 Rs not worth...Shame full for shubhalakshmi group, and HR department at shubhalakshmi HR department is poor about their working and behaving...they actually dont deserve human resouces....

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
