Worst place to work, there is no job security, lack of career growth, salary increment done on not on the basis of quality of work but quality of Tessa boss... Those who always do gotigiri if boss they will get good salary increment... As I have personal experience with transerve..... They increased my salary 800/-.. they will terminate you when they required. If you get good opportunity they think about you otherwise ur value is zero. Worst CFO I have seen my entire career.. zero knowledge. No output from him. Even office boys also not given respect to him.

I strongly recomanded not to join this company... Worst culture, total politics. Bad behavior.

career Growth is good in textile feild , not worth, work life balance, we can handle man power on leave...

... department... interviewd mostly selected where from local and gujarati patel..., not more good salary growth, not good facilities even, shubhalakshmi is not carreing about their Employs, not concession in lunch, lunch 1 time 45 Rs not worth...Shame full for shubhalakshmi group, and HR department at shubhalakshmi HR department is poor about their working and behaving...they actually dont deserve human resouces....

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Commercial Heads who are expert in conspiracy against employees, how to abuse them, how to hold their salary for ever, they are cheaters, I never suggest to anyone
