If proven the employee has the will to develop, the owners provide support. If you are willing to work in the company for a long term, go for it.

you can't directly meet the owner. There's hierarchy. Your problems are often not heard. Rotational shift for men in production. Would say it isn't good for health. When the company gets less orders, they might remove a few labors. There wouldn't be problems for someone who's good at work.
