Not a the right place for growing career . They have many people in top level who just passing ball in each other but lack of person who are decision maker & well wisher of company.....worst top management

To many bosses, very top heavy, front line workers don't get any credit, chairman not well informed about day to day operations.....!

Senior management were like toddlers, just trying to survive.

Toddlers are nagging. They don't know much but survives only by the amount of grease they put on their bosses. Just hitch up with someone influencial and you'll be fine.
