Company is rich in resources(machineries and manpower).As company is in growing stage so work culture is in developing stage. Management is quick responding.Proper planning with experienced manpower in specific specialised department.

Needs experienced manpower in specific department. Under experienced department head the work will proceed smoothly as well as mentoring to subordinates also. So management is lagging in such type of culture.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
