Pro's: No pro's Con's: Management do partiality among employee, you have to sit till 7:30 in evening even if u have no work, culture is very toxic, no leave allowed, person specific company, no incentive and bonus.

Toxic work culture, very less pay compared to industry, management is partial, work from office even in lock down

honestly you have to forget your personal life, apart from on time salary, there is nothing good about the company
