Good company to work and on time salary and incentives if working in backend team no work load good support from coligues you will get all holiday benefit no restriction for leaves

Due to COVID situation they laid off some employees,it happened with many real estate companies in that time there was no job security other wise it's good company for sales person there is a pressure

This company gives a very good opportunity which generally non of the corporate company gives. We can suggest a good innovative ides to improve our work style/ work process and at the same time company gives a liberty to improve to the grouth of self, company as well as to the customers. I joined as a executive and within short span i was promoted as Manager. This gives more self confidence to work hard with sincerety .

Even company gives a good promotions for the hard and sincere staffs, main Salary part was not at all satisfactory.

* Delay in incentives, usually they pay after a year and that too for the revenue which they make you do its worth chillar * Most properties of shriram are under litigation. All properties are delayed. * They force their employees to give postive feedback during great place to work survey. Join if you want to earn no incentive, toxic work culture and stagnant growth.
