Salary is ok but promotions procedure is not good. You don’t get post as per your experience and as compare to other companies. After 12-13 years experience they still don’t give post of even assistant engineer.

Working environment usually like a other private firm.salary structure is good than any other firm. Facilities like traveling allowncaces, medical are available.

For your knowledge, shri ram pistons and rings Ltd is big firm. And it have near about 5000 employees. So in these peoples some are lazy, non working. These types of persons may be spoil your work experience.

The company is open to innovation and rapidly adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am the part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base. As a results I got lot of learnings & training. I also like the discipline culture & learning methods their focus for market competitor globally.

Dislikes

Compensation is descent but growth is slow in terms of promotion.the work pressure is high . I have to wok 12-14 hrs in a day. Managers do not value individuals strength not appreciation for the hard work.no support or guidance provide for the improvements projects.No multiskilling for employee.

Job security is excellent.. Company adopted new technology but as a government company.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.. Company rules are very poor.. Here management want that type of employees, who make flued talking.

...nd knowledge here with your colleagues and senior's support . Time management I.e Salary in time and satisfying level increment . Bus facilities is also available for employees Safety regarding rules and regulations are very good

Mostly unskilled manpower deputed in shop floor Canteen facility is very good but charges is very high according to rules. No higher level promotion,there are many employees are working here on same position from past 10 to 12 years
