Since Nashik plant is warehouse, just assembly plant, so don’t expect good salary and increment. Lot of pressure and continuous unnecessary lectures by higher officials even after good performance in Quality

Job security is the best thing. Repeated kind of work makes you comfortable for long time even if you are less skilled.

...son Sumi. If you are even 1min late it has to be approved by reporting manager. Otherwise salary would be deducted. Timing to come office is fixed but there in no any timing of leave from office. employees treated as labour . There is not much benefit of technical degree. Even person having bsc and bcom degree are working in R& D and btech and mtech are given lower priority. Always struggle for leaves and salary.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow .

Company is for learning and earning experience in any field.Supportive staff and guidance .Lots of new to be learned as a upcoming engineer .Staff works harder for each employee to upgrade their skills .

New coming staff salary is not up to mark as other private sector provide . Transportation is not good for staff and associate facaulity.

I love motherson and organisations, but I hate HR department they cannot support with us if any problems occurs they cannot take actions quickly and very bad food service.

I am not satisfied with my annual salary, many a times I cried. Since 3 years I am working here but there is no increment till now, it's very sad to say. There is no difference in salary between assistants and me.
