Old generation (Average working from past 25 years), master in dirty politics. All work and responsibility will be on juniors head but no rewards. You will be forced to make mistakes and than only those mistakes will be highlighted multiple times. You will be forced to complete the totally non imported work overnight but no one will ask it once it is completed. Highly complicated working files and no one to guide you, but expectation is you will automate and explain the seniors how to work.

...nd knowledge here with your colleagues and senior's support . Time management I.e Salary in time and satisfying level increment . Bus facilities is also available for employees Safety regarding rules and regulations are very good

Mostly unskilled manpower deputed in shop floor Canteen facility is very good but charges is very high according to rules. No higher level promotion,there are many employees are working here on same position from past 10 to 12 years
