Mostly unskilled manpower deputed in shop floor Canteen facility is very good but charges is very high according to rules. No higher level promotion,there are many employees are working here on same position from past 10 to 12 years

1. Lot of old style paper work. 2. Management run by few oldies in autocratic way. 3. Organisation is going with structural change, manpower rationalization, 4. Organisation is facing transition phase due to market shift from IC engine to EV.

Salary is ok but promotions procedure is not good. You don’t get post as per your experience and as compare to other companies. After 12-13 years experience they still don’t give post of even assistant engineer.

If you make a mistake about production like you have happened a lot of products rejected yet company give you a chance but if a little bit disciplinary mistake like misbehaving, company have zero tolerance.

...y company provide their staff's free tee but ridiculously here is not like this. Staff have to pay for this.
