The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result,I am thankfull to all my colleges and my mentors. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. There isn't job security and Also, there is no welfare and salary incrementwhich is a pain sometimes.

...nd knowledge here with your colleagues and senior's support . Time management I.e Salary in time and satisfying level increment . Bus facilities is also available for employees Safety regarding rules and regulations are very good

Mostly unskilled manpower deputed in shop floor Canteen facility is very good but charges is very high according to rules. No higher level promotion,there are many employees are working here on same position from past 10 to 12 years

1. Lot of old style paper work. 2. Management run by few oldies in autocratic way. 3. Organisation is going with structural change, manpower rationalization, 4. Organisation is facing transition phase due to market shift from IC engine to EV.

You feel like a family here. No politics. Very good culture for working. Very supportive and technical strong senior.

Salary is ok but promotions procedure is not good. You don’t get post as per your experience and as compare to other companies. After 12-13 years experience they still don’t give post of even assistant engineer.
