Reckless Boss, after joining 1st month salary provided after that No salary no response from HR, your attendance doesn't matters. If they wish then only you will get salary. One of the worst experience I had in 6months.

Terrible environment I’ve been worked here at last 6 months and I’m literally feeling like depressed because nobody talk about anything other than just performance that they need 100% no matter what or else the TL & Assistant manager will make you feel like that you are just the worse person on this earth rather than motivating you. main thing is cases allocated to callers by partiality. The actual shift time should be 9.30 am to 6.30.pm but the TL & Assistant manager will extend the shit to 8.pm also.. it is like a torture & people feel like depressed. In my entire life I can’t see myself suggesting anyone to join this organisation.

Good work environment and culture.and supportive our team n management. There is a huge cafeteria n gaming arcade for chillin on very weekend . Company policies are good appraisal are good n fair n they offer good package with insensitive with every year I liked to be one of the part the company thanks

There is a lots of politics in management and it's doesn't address our issues. Salary is good but growth is slow. There is training but not much going for new joiners

... If my father is not well they are telling to get the sell from family members. They have told that If I sell the product the my family member then I will get my salary otherwise not see this is the company which is not at all employee centric it is only about their reputation and in terms of their reputation that are cheating their customers. So do not believe in this company please believe a trusted one.

The only thing I like about Shriram Life insurance is the good incentive and the salary package. That’s it.

The job satisfaction is very poor. I don’t even like to walk there and the top management is very rude and very arrogant. They don’t even understand the situation of an employees few days ago. My father was very serious in the hospital. I have informed the authority that I am taking leave. It was total of five days of leave. Even after I informed, even after I told him that it was an emergency. My father‘s condition is not good. Still there spoke to me very rudely and very arrogantly. Fine, they told me to resign. I mean family emergencies should be considered as Reasonable right thinking to join Shriram Life insurance. I would suggest them to not join if you are totally focused and experienced in life insurance industry. If you have business, if you have clients then okay, you can go for it, but still, you will face such situations.
