Dislikes

Salaries are less compared to other companies, so push HR in starting itself for ur salary and salary deductions are high these are he dislikes. I felt !

Limited work pressure, Good and cooperative management, Leaves are approved easily, employees do not have to stretch beyond normal working hours and immense job security.

Dislikes

There's hardly anything to dislike about Shriram Life Insurance Company Limited. The only thing is that, it can consider reviewing it's pay structure a bit. Otherwise, it's a very good company to work at. Good learning opportunities are there. Growth is slow but steady.

There is not a single good things about Shriram life insurance Company. Its horrible place for work.

Dislikes

Reckless Boss, after joining 1st month salary provided after that No salary no response from HR, your attendance doesn't matters. If they wish then only you will get salary. One of the worst experience I had in 6months.
