The only thing I like about Shriram Life insurance is the good incentive and the salary package. That’s it.

Dislikes

The job satisfaction is very poor. I don’t even like to walk there and the top management is very rude and very arrogant. They don’t even understand the situation of an employees few days ago. My father was very serious in the hospital. I have informed the authority that I am taking leave. It was total of five days of leave. Even after I informed, even after I told him that it was an emergency. My father‘s condition is not good. Still there spoke to me very rudely and very arrogantly. Fine, they told me to resign. I mean family emergencies should be considered as Reasonable right thinking to join Shriram Life insurance. I would suggest them to not join if you are totally focused and experienced in life insurance industry. If you have business, if you have clients then okay, you can go for it, but still, you will face such situations.

...tly. No appraisal this year. Compensation should be more as per work and labour. Very less salary.

Nothing, it was the worst experience for me and when it comes growth , so there is no career growth in this company

Nothing one of the poor company with less benefits in increment , bonus and salary too, very poor culture, use bad language with employees, shows there partiality, politics is there, don’t provide transportation after 5:30 and many more

I'm writing today to thank you for all the support that you have given me during my time here at shriram life insurance company form the time I started this job I have been supported and it means more to me than ever know you have given me some friendly advice and I have really appreciated it. working for you has been very fun and I have learned a lot.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-qaulify products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my collegues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12=13 hours straight in a day as I have to do my work on same day.
