...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give salery hike and not bonus every year.

i like working in dcm but i dislike the behaviour of officers which are play politics with employees

no growth no salary according to experience of a employee, no growth,no future,and also bad behaviour of officers and communication is also bad

1.Sort of Family culture is prevalent in the atmosphere with no fear of sudden laying off or getting disposed.Good work life balance. 2.Experience is given paramount value here , you can still work & be associated to co. after retirement. 3.Empathy between top mgmt & downstream workers is felt & visible.No egoist or seniority complex present in general.All employees given value. 4. Great mix-pool of experienced & new people. 5. Good remunerations at par with industry Best.

Dislikes

Some minor improvements needed given the positive work environment overall. 1.Still age-old leave policies with no flexibility of combination of PL, CL SL ,flexible timings etc.need reform. 2.No lucrative company provided medical insurance.Could be much better given the brand & reputation of company. 3.No subsidised canteen , breakfast , tea facilties.

- Work life Balance - Consider employees as human not just a resource - Healthy working environment - Promoters are trying to better the company culture and make a shift towards modern corporate culture practices

Dislikes

- HR department is too conservative in their approach, need to be a little flexible - no work from home policy; alternative working Saturday's - decision making takes a lot of time due to involvement of multiple stakeholders, leading to slower pace work culture which gets frustrating sometimes
