The salary norms are below than industry average, and hierarchy structure is too big so it slows employee growth in prosepct of designation.

- HR department is too conservative in their approach, need to be a little flexible - no work from home policy; alternative working Saturday's - decision making takes a lot of time due to involvement of multiple stakeholders, leading to slower pace work culture which gets frustrating sometimes

Leave policy is very bad.SAP system is very poor.and also Company do not provide Medical insurance to their employees.Food charges completely on employees.
