Company needs to work on salary and perks and need to decrease hierarchy level there are two many designation,HR department need to work on it.

Woking environment is good. You will get full time to maintain balance in your personal and professional life.

Old employees are getting lower pay as compared to the new recruitment joining in the same department.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give salery hike and not bonus every year.

i like working in dcm but i dislike the behaviour of officers which are play politics with employees

no growth no salary according to experience of a employee, no growth,no future,and also bad behaviour of officers and communication is also bad

- HR department is too conservative in their approach, need to be a little flexible - no work from home policy; alternative working Saturday's - decision making takes a lot of time due to involvement of multiple stakeholders, leading to slower pace work culture which gets frustrating sometimes
