The company never gives mental stress to there employees. The work culture is good. Apart from the company policy. My boss always taught us the lessons of life. How to deal with professional & personal life. There is no hire & fire policy in the company if you are an hard worker. I also like the re-hire policy of the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is very less & growth is also very slow. There is no internal training programs for the employees. There is too much chaplusi done by some persons of senior members due to which the worth keeping person never uplift by the company.

I don't like that break system... They have to improve their break times .

Working with company like this is good ,if i talk about career growth it will let you down,but your job is fully secured at here,appraisal are here s little bit lower than others,but you will learn many think from here,working culture is also good,work balance is not maintained.

...to stress and imbalance. Difficulty in tracking and obtaining incentives fairly. Salary packages do not align with the amount and quality of work expected.

Timings not good Salary Also Less Saturday Week off not available Some times workings on Sunday's also due month end is Sunday. Marketing and Accounts Team is Not Co Ordinate Properly
